Summer Palace Watercolor

Welcome to The Summer Palace, a recently updated, refined WaterColor retreat including a 6 seater golf cart & 4 bikes in one of 30A’s most desirable beach communities. The newest SPF 50 LLC managed property.
I searched for years for the right WaterColor home and kept finding properties that needed updates or had layouts that simply didn’t live well. This one was different the moment I walked in.
Over the years, I have curated upscale rentals from the ski slopes to the beach, across a variety of communities and styles. This home reflects everything I have learned along the way. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered with our guests in mind, combining comfort, style, and functionality in a way that feels natural and easy.
The floor plan is effortless, designed for the way people actually gather, relax, and spend time together. Open and inviting when you want to be together, yet with just enough separation for everyone to have your own space when needed.
The home features four bedrooms, four full bathrooms, and two half baths, comfortably accommodating up to ten guests. Sleeping spaces include two king suites, a twin room, and a spacious bunk room, providing flexibility for both adults and children.
Your stay includes four adult bikes, and ten WaterColor amenity wristbands, making it easy to explore the community and enjoy everything WaterColor has to offer.
The outdoor living is just as special, with shaded porches and a cozy fireplace that make mornings slow and evenings linger a little longer. We provide high thread count, luxury bedding and spa quality bath products.
Staying at The Summer Palace provides full access to the WaterColor lifestyle, including resort-style pools, private beach access, miles of scenic walking and biking trails, tennis, dining, and seasonal community events. WaterColor is known for its thoughtfully designed, resort-style amenities that make this one of the most sought-after WaterColor vacation rental experiences along 30A.
Guests enjoy access to multiple pools throughout the community, including the family-friendly Camp WaterColor and the nearby Dragonfly Pool. The private beach club offers direct access to the Gulf, along with dining and sweeping coastal views, creating an easy rhythm between poolside relaxation and time on the beach.
Miles of scenic walking and biking trails wind through the community, connecting parks, dune lakes, and gathering spaces. Tennis courts, green spaces, and seasonal programming add to the experience, making this an ideal family-friendly 30A beach house destination.
Conveniently located near Seaside, shopping, and dining, WaterColor offers the perfect blend of natural beauty and upscale resort living on the Florida Gulf Coast.
WaterColor continues to be one of the most desirable communities on 30A, offering a vacation experience guests return to year after year.
Guests age five and older are required to wear wristbands when using community amenities.
It is the kind of home that feels effortless from the start and hard to leave. The kind of place you will find yourself returning to year after year.
